A Customer rang asking if there was any way to switch the radiators off with out having to go around manually switching off every radiator.
When I called to their home I could see that they had this system already installed. The issue was that the motorised valves were faulty. Not only were they faulty but they were behind the hot water storage tank in the hot press. Unfortunately for them to replace the motorised valves I had to remove the hot water tank to replace the valves. I installed the new valves above the water tank so they can be easily replaced and maintained in the future. They are now enjoying full thermostatically and timed independent heating and hot water.
